FAQ

Who are the students?

Current college students aged 18 or over who signed up with a school email address. We launched at one university and are adding more.

Are the answers honest?

Students are paid the same whether they like your idea or not, and we tell them so.

Can I post the responses as reviews?

No. Responses are private research for your own decisions. Publishing paid opinions as customer reviews or testimonials can break advertising rules.

Is my idea kept private?

Students agree to keep what they see confidential. Do not submit trade secrets or anything you could not afford to have leak.

What if I'm not happy?

If we deliver fewer than 10 responses or miss 48 hours, you get a full refund. If responses are low effort, we replace them free.

Do you use AI?

Students write their own answers. We use AI to help write the summary, and a person checks it.

Are you part of a university?

No. Ask the Quad is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.
