Refund Policy

A Feedback Pack costs $49 in US dollars. This page says when you get that money back. If you paid a discounted price, a full refund returns the amount you paid.
When you get a full refund
- We deliver fewer than ten responses.
- We miss the 48-hour deadline. The 48 hours start when your payment goes through.
- We reject your order because it is on the list of things we do not accept in the Terms of Service.
Low-effort responses
If a response is low effort, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free.
When we do not refund
We do not refund an order because you dislike what students said. Honest opinions are what you are paying for, including the ones that are hard to hear.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before we start collecting responses, and you get a full refund. Email us to cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@askthequad.com from the address you ordered with. Include your order ID if you have it.
We send refunds to the card you paid with, within 7 days of agreeing to them. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days after that to show the money.
If a charge looks wrong
If you see a charge from us that you do not recognize, or you think we charged you by mistake, email us first. We can usually fix it faster than your bank can.
